U.S. Accuses 40+ Nations of Helping China Bypass Tariffs
The current US government claims that more than 40 nations such as the European Union, Canada, Mexico, India, Japan, South Korea, among others, have supported the "Great Transshipment Scam" that allows China to bypass the US imposed tariffs. This accusation comes from a report released by Peter Navarro's Office of Trade and outlines how a covert logistics network is responsible for the loss of tens of billions of dollars every year for the US economy, mainly affecting American manufacturing sectors such as electronics and aluminum production. The White House has decided to increase enforcement through AI technology, which experts see as another way to weaponize market access.
